The following examples illustrate TTK's effectiveness in resolving client  tax problems.

Client A owed the NJ Division of Taxation $5,771.30 in sales and corporation taxes but neglected the problem for several years. Her “accountant” was inexperienced in tax matters so it was no surprise that under his guidance her tax liability grew to $46,636.10.  TTK entered into negotiations with the state, performed the required work, filed the missing tax returns, and ultimately settled her case for $7,291.  We saved our client $39,345.10. Now she happily employs TTK to handle her bookkeeping, payroll and tax matters. 

Client B was audited and was told to he owed over $50,000. TTK handled the audit and the client paid less than $10,000 for a two year audit.  Our client is now quite pleased to have TTK handling his payroll and year-end taxes.

Client C relied on an unqualified bookkeeper to handle his taxes. Three years later he was over $75,000 in arrears for his corporate, sales, and payroll taxes. TTK worked hard to reduce his debt to less than $12,000 with the state.  We obtained full penalty abatement with the state, partial penalty abatement with the IRS, and set up an installment plan for him to pay his Federal tax.  Then we restructured his business so he wouldn’t get hit with the minimum corporation tax while also ensuring that his personal assets were protected. We saved our client roughly $50,000. Now he concentrates on operating his business and lets TTK handle all of his bookkeeping, payroll and tax matters.
